    I don't like reading unless it's sport or a magazine. This book caught me from the outset , it was so good that I kept referring to it during the year. A master piece!!!

    Apple - you are seriously going down the tubes of morality of late. Why offer a workbook in electronic format with no simple way of writing and using the workbook on iPad or iPhone? Even more shocking is the fact you can't seem to buy the actual book on iBooks??? A total waste of my £6.49 - thanks Apple.

    I couldn't agree more Pow Lina with what you have said and I did the same but to add insult to injury IBooks does not supply the actual book! How annoying! Sort it out IBooks or else you will lose your business to kindle.

    I bought this thinking I was buying the "7 habits" book, but I feel I was tricked into buying this useless "workbook" instead. I realised the mistake within seconds of clicking "purchase", but the iBooks store offers no way to ask for a refund, even within minutes of a purchase. This is a *terrible* customer experience! I am really, really unhappy about this.
