    Some good elements but lacks continuity Most likely due to missing pages and a chapter? It seemed to skip at least one chapter on the fall of harrenhall and some inexplicable references to weasel soup Disappointed I think I will stop here at book 2

    Just as good as the first. The story continues and the characters grow in depth. Thoroughly enjoyable. Just waiting for the third to download so I can start that.

    It's an amazing book I started reading it after watching the two seasons of the tv show. It is incredibly well written but still very easy to read and get into and far more detailed and interesting than it's tv counterpart but also bearing in mind that I love the show. It took me roughly 2 weeks to read the book and I strongly recommend buying it since I'll be buying the next book in the series "a storm of swords". Please take into account that I'm 17 and next to never read anything and I love this series so take that as a plus or negative with this review.

    Disappointed is all I can say After reading the first book I had to read this one ! Half the characters from book one seemed to be forgotten within a few chapters

    I loved a game of thrones and it really set the scene well for a clash of kings and I couldn't wait to get stuck in. Don't get me wrong I'm enjoying the book immensely however it drags a little in the middle. The story is as deep and intriguing as the first and the characters are as devious and diverse as ever and it is a good story however it's not as easy to read as the first one was. Battle through the Difficult to read bits and it really does become a book you do not want to put down! I would have been happy to continue my train journey just to read the next chapter! 
