    I really wanted to read this book and have read a lot of true crime books but I'm afraid 200 pages in, I had to stop reading. It was a horrendous act of brutality by Tracie that ended poor lees life and I really feel for Lees mum and family but I just felt this book was to bias. Of course it was going to be to some extent but I wanted to hear the facts of the case but ended up reading a very one sided story about a saint of a son and a mother who hated her daughter in law from day one. Of course she was right to as it turned out. An interesting read all in all.

    I truly hope that my Wife and I never have to experience what your family went, and continue to go through, I cannot imagine a more harrowing experience. I couldn't put the book down and read it from cover to cover in a day, often with tears in my eyes at the pain in your heart. Lee was obviously a very lucky lad to have a family as loving and close as yours but you cannot allow someone as evil as Tracie Andrews to rip all of that apart otherwise she and animals like that win! Some of the trash that has obviously been written by so called 'friendly journalists' has obviously only served to add to and prolong your agony if you for a second believe it all to be true. I hope you eventually do find some peace and pour all of your love into the wonderful family you have and don't give up your fight.

    I remember this story very well as i live in birmingham and was very big story at the time.I enjoyed reading the book and think it gave a great insight in to how little help victims get.Hoping this will change one day.I also agree life shud mean life,but no amount of punishment will make up for the crime commited.I was glad the family came threw it in the end.Even if it has changed there lives forever.A great honest book.A must read for book lovers will keep you thinking long after you have finished reading the book.

    It's hard to put into words how reading this book makes you feel.. Your heart just goes out to this poor family who have had to endure so much pain.. But also to realise our justice system is a complete joke... Makes me so angry! One can only hope Tracie Andrews life on the outside is not as easy as the one she has had these last few years... A compelling read , thankyou Maureen for sharing your story .

    I remember this story well I cant believe it's been so long ago and now tracie is out carrying on with her life we all make mistakes but some are unforgivable she will have to live everyday with what she has done its not her fault she is now out its ours our stupid justice system which allows this to happen my love goes to everyone Maureen god bless you and your family and thank you for sharing all your memories with us it's a truly frank account of what has happened to you all

    This book is an amazing a heart breaking look into the lives of a family that was rocked by the evil of a woman who's only happiness was knowing that others weren't. Considering the bias views the writer understandably has this book covers everything you need to know about the life and death of a man that was more of a saint than God himself. It's simply an astonishing account of the pain that family had to endure thanks to a cold hearted killer. This book is simply brilliant !
