    This book is a lifesaver. I can't recommend it highly enough. I'm now baby led weaning with our second child, having had great success with our first. It's great to read the short summary of the science behind the 'no spoon feeding necessary' approach and to read all the recipes and suggestions for each meal. My older child is enjoying the food too! Making food the whole family can eat saves me time and has allowed our baby to be included in our mealtimes easily with no stress. She's happy, my older child is happy and my partner and I can enjoy our food too.
