    This was released on August 9th and is a year out of date as i've just got the good food guide 2013 today August 20th 2012 That trikes me as daft. the app is so good this seems pointless.

    It won't sync onto my iPhone. My OS and iBooks software is all up to date, I can sync other books but not this one - and I do have capacity. I foresee and irritating trip to the apple store as I imagine this is the only way it will be resolved. I will of course update my rating once I can access it!

    No-brainer purchase if you want spot on (IMHO!!!), well-written restuarant reviews in your e-book library.. Plus you get all the little foodie features and chef interviews which you don't with the apps. Bit pricey but worth it I reckon

    Looks really brilliant on the ipad. Caught someone reading it over my shoulder on the tube this morning when I was reading the Fat Duck review. I'd imagine it'd be good to take to restaurants to compare the review in the book to the meal you're actually eating. I'd recommend it.

    Finally! The Good Food Guide to my iPad! A really nice, easy to use eBook that looks particularly slick and colourful. Very helpful being able to skip to reviews by area. I find myself eating out fairly regularly with work, and it's great having access to a decent restaurant guide, without having to carry the full thing around!
